Shipping policy
Dispatch: We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except public holidays). Orders are shipped from Konstanz, Germany, by our fulfilment partner Jakobsweg-Zentrale GmbH.
Delivery times (after handover to the carrier):
- Germany: usually 24–48 hours
- Other EU countries: usually 3–7 working days
- Switzerland, United Kingdom and other European countries: usually 5–10 working days

Countries we deliver to: We deliver to all countries in Europe, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. We currently do not deliver to Russia or Belarus, or to countries outside Europe.

Non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway): Import VAT and customs clearance fees may apply. These are charged to the recipient by the carrier (DHL) and are not included in the purchase price, as the parcel is sent from Germany (EU) to a non-EU country.
