A deeply moving story of grief, discovery, and the Camino.

Tom (Martin Sheen), a successful ophthalmologist, lives a quiet life centered around golf and routine—until everything changes. He receives news that his son has died while walking the Camino de Santiago. In an attempt to understand what drew his son to the pilgrimage, Tom travels to France to retrieve his remains.

But instead of returning home, he begins walking the Camino himself. Along the way, he meets a colorful group of fellow pilgrims, each carrying their own burdens and stories. What begins as a journey of mourning becomes a transformative experience—for all of them.

Directed by Emilio Estevez and filmed along the actual Camino de Santiago route, The Way is a heartfelt tribute to family, faith, and finding one’s path.
